Providing Consent shall be done by checking the appropriate box and clicking the “Submit” button when filling out the form on the Operator’s website blazarit.ru.
Acting freely, in accordance with his own will and in his interests, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the Subject hereby gives consent to Limited Liability Company "Angara Security - Business Solutions" (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1237700695077, address: 121096, Moscow, intracity territory of a federal city municipal district Filevsky Park, Vasilisy Kozhina St., 1, bldg. 1, 8th floor, office 14/8, room 17, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to process his personal data in accordance with the following conditions:
The Consent is given for the processing of the following not special or biometric personal data of the Subject:
last name, first name, patronymic, gender;
date of birth, place of birth, citizenship;
passport details;
e-mail address;
residential address;
education, qualifications and their level;
occupation, place of work, position;
contact information (phone, fax);
social media profiles;
health status, including information about disabilities and health limitations;
other information provided to the Operator, provided about the Subject in connection with admission, training, expulsion from the Operator’s educational programs.

A cookie is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a computer used by the Subject, allowing the Operator to save the personal settings and preferences of the Subject, as well as to collect non-personal information about him. The personal data of the Subject shall be processed until the liquidation of the Operator.

The Operator shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information of the Subject from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions made by third parties.
The consent may be revoked by the Subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written statement to the Operator. The consent may be revoked subject to notification at least 30 days prior to the expected date of termination of data processing by the Operator.
In the event of the withdrawal of the Consent to the processing of personal data by the Subject of personal data or his representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the Subject of personal data in the presence of grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
By this Consent, the Subject hereby confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 years.

1. This Consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 7 and 10 of this Consent.
